Finding A Niche

I've learned a lot about blogging over the years. I'm not a pro by any means, but I have done this for quite a few years. That being said, I've run into one particular problem and have yet to resolve it.

I haven't found my blogging niche yet.

You may be thinking, "but I thought bloggers could blog about whatever they want?" Yes that is true, but at the same time if you want to grow your platform and build an audience, having a niche helps.

But if I'm honest, I want to stop trying to find a niche. I want to stop trying to fit myself into a box and instead let God have the wheel. Perhaps if I let go, a niche will blossom all on its own. Who knows.

It brings a lot of relief knowing that I don't need to focus on blogging just like others. In fact, it is probably much better that I blog the way it best fits me and you, the readers.

Get ready, because who knows what fun surprises or adventures lie ahead!

As a reader, what do you most enjoy reading on a blog? What type of posts are you most drawn to? As a blogger, do you ever feel trapped by standards or do you enjoy blazing your own trail?

I would love to hear your thoughts below!
